WHAT'S NEW FOR 2026

Kurt Caselli Foundation Golf Tournament on Wednesday Added day to the schedule so we can accomodate more ridersShow your Facility Wristband at Alpine Slide and get a $40 Unlimited Rides Pass Thursday Evening OnlyJoin us at Wyatt's Sports Bar Friday after races for bench racing and food

  • Included in the value of your Facility Wristband:
    • Saturday only you're going to get to ride Chair Lift 5 up to the top of the course! A waiver for the Mtn will need to be signed.  There is a short walk down to the track and we will set up a viewing area for you to see more of the track than last year.  There is light food and beverage service, bathrooms and BC Goggles will bring some shade and seating.
  • There is a shuttle to get back to the lift and ride down.  Walking back to the lift may be ideal if there is a line for the shuttle. There is no walking down the moutain from the upper viewing area.  Stay inside all marked areas and do not wander into the forest or ski runs.  If you do you will be asked to leave and your wristband will be revoked without refund.
    • We have a live band after pro races so stick around and jam out with us as the bars and food stay open longer on Saturday.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Make sure that you fully complete the waivers for both the event and the resort.  You will be sent confirmation signature pages on your smart phone after you sign up.  NO registration is complete or confirmed without signed waivers.  Registration is going to open at noon PST July 22, 2026 and we expect a bit of a rush to sign up. Last year sold out in 48 hours.  We have added a day to the schedule and can take a few more entries than last year.
  • No RV's or trailers are allowed in the Pit Parking Lot.  In order to have enough space for all racers a carefully calulated parking plan has been created.  Each racers vehicle has enough space behind them for a 10x10 tent.  Cars will be able to come and go throughout the day as needed.  Load multiple bikes in each vehicle for success.
  • No Overnight Parking on site.
  • Dogs and pets are not allowed on the patio at Bear Mountain.
  • No Mountain Bikes or E Bikes on the patio.
  • Be respectful to all Staff at all times.
RACING
This event will require MyLaps TR2 transponders for every racer.  If you do not have one please rent one on this page.  Choosing to rent one and not returning it will result in a $299 charge to replace to the card on file. When you rent a transponder you consent to this charge if you do not return it.  If you would like to purchase your own transponder please visit CLICK HERE and it will work for most motocross racing across the country.  Just make sure you are fully charged and programmed prior to arrival.  Transponder clips will also be needed to secure the Transponder to your fork behind the front number plate.  If you return the clip with the Transponder at the end of the event you will get $5 back.  Otherwise you can keep the clip attached to your bike and use it as your own for as long as you like.
The course will be challenging in that the elevation is steep and abrupt.  As people found last year, there are rocks.  For safety and fuel restrictions, 50cc/65ccs will race an abbreviated course with shorter overall time.  THERE IS NO MID RACE REFUELING.
PRO CLASS INFO!
Just like last year we have added a $5,000 Pro Class purse to be split between the 250 and 450 riders.  This will be in addition to the payback from entry so the more that sign up the higher the purse goes. See https://www.bbmxgp.com/  For the full schedule.  We look forward to seeing some big names come out.
PARKING
Get all parking passes & wristbands at the Brownie Will Call Lot before you go to Racer or Spectator Parking or you will be sent down to start over. Please watch our FULL VIDEO FROM LAST YEAR  and read the description for instructions. We will update the video once we get on the mountain closer to the event.
  • SPECTATOR PARKING: Below is a map for the Spectator Parking Lot. will be at a lot just 1 mile from the event.  Parking passes will be required for every vehicle both in the Moonridge Spectator Parking lot and the Racer Parking (Pit Parking). Buy your parking passes at https://www.bbmxgp.com/ and check in at the Brownie lot to get your stickers.

  • PIT PARKING: Below is a map that shows the Pit Parking and a path of travel for all bikes to the starting line (Bright green line with arrows will serve as both the entrance and exit to the track.)  There will be one extra overflow dirt parking lot next to the golf course provided for racer parking. Thursday is going to require the most patience as it will be the heaviest traffic day for racers.  We encourage you to review the practice times and arrive at least one hour before you are expected to be on track.  Once you have completed practice, please leave the parking space so that there is space for the next riders. EMT Racing will be onsite to perform tire changes and basic maintenance.  There is no engine work in the pit area allowed.  If you have a bike issue needing oils, fuel, or other hazardous liquids: the work must be performed at EMT. Nothing should touch the asphalt from bike work.  Arrive prepared.
Remember we are all guests in this town and at the resort.  Please go the extra mile so show thanks and patience with the staff and town locals.  We want to be welcomed back for many years to come.  Don't leave trash behind and respect all hotels and rental properties.
For questions and concerns please comment on the website so we can answer there and share since others may have similar questions.  It will help to share in the knowledge. For private questions you can email aaron@bbmxgp.com be patient with responses but we will get back to you.
