To make sure we have time to run every race with full laps and still be able to have the day end at a reasonable time we have implemented some changes in the signup/scheduling process.
1) Signup will primarily be on-line. Please be sure to complete your entries in advance of the cutoff date and time. (Please note Trackside runs on Central Time)
2) The race order will be established from online entries made prior to the cutoff date/time.
- We will make sure that the race day schedule will allow everyone to race all the classes they have pre-entered, again baring special circumstances.
- We will make every effort to ensure that there are no back to back motos for anyone who pre-enters.
- If a racer needs to make a race day addition or change of class they will need to find an existing class in the day’s race order.
- If you need to add or drop a class please speak with a member of the Race Coordination team.
- If you have any protests or complaints, please see our Vice President, Blaine Elledge.
These changes will allow PNWVMX to have a posted race order immediately following the riders meeting and before practice starts. While we acknowledge this is a significant change, we expect the benefits of a pre-planned race day will be a benefit to everyone.
