Minors Under The Age of 18

All minors under the age of 18 attending, or participating in any event at The Waco Motorcycle Club facility must have a parent, or appointed authorized guardian present at all times, or a notorized statement from the parent or legal guardian giving permission for another adult to act on behalf of the parent or legal guardian indicating that they have been given authority to be responsible for the minor, and to be responsible for the minor to sign releases for that minor to participate, practice, or compete in any activities at The Waco Motorcycle Club facilities. The parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult must remain present on the premises while the minor in question is at the facility. All persons with minor signing any release must be prepared to show proof of identity and guardianship.

Two notorized statements are required, one to keep on file with The Waco Motorcycle Club at registration, and the other to be kept with the guardian or authorized adult for their own records. Please provide the required notorzed document at the registration office. Annual Release forms are available at request.
